Choose your appointment and an available time through Jane. Your visit is confirmed after you complete the booking steps there.

These policies help us protect your appointment time and give every patient the attention they deserve. Please take a moment to review them before booking.
Card on file and deposit
A valid card on file in Jane and a $100 deposit are required to reserve an appointment. The deposit is collected at booking and applied toward your treatment, subject to the consultation and cancellation terms below. Payment details are entered securely through Jane.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. With enough notice, your deposit can remain as a credit on your Jane account for a future appointment. Jane does not refund it automatically, so please contact us if you prefer a refund. For changes within 48 hours or a missed appointment, the $100 deposit is kept and is nonrefundable.
Consultation fees
A $100 deposit is collected when you book a consultation. If you proceed with treatment, it is credited toward your treatment total. If you decide not to proceed, it is retained as the consultation fee. A consultation is a chance to explore your options without any obligation to receive treatment.

Prices on this website are planning estimates. Your treatment options, timing and final quote are confirmed after a professional assessment. We will talk through the plan and costs with you before treatment.
